Noted’s recording quality settings allow you to take full control over your file quality and size, so you can optimise the use of your device’s storage space.

Our audio recording mechanism has been fine-tuned to suit most settings, providing consistent clarity whether you’re recording in a classroom, quiet office, or a crowded coffee shop.

Noted provides 3 different settings for recording quality:

Best – 48,000 Hz
Good – 44,100 Hz
Space Saver – 16,000 Hz

The default recording quality is Good, but you can easily change it by following these steps:

Settings > General > Recording quality

Settings > Record > Recording quality

Please note that the changes you make to the recording quality will only apply to new recordings.
